General Description: 6’0″ even (183 cm), heavy set and very well built, with dirty blonde hair that just goes past his cheeks (with a thin braid tied with blue thread extending from his left temple to his chest) and dark brown eyes. His markings consist of royal blue triangle wedges on his cheekbone and two runic symbols (a staggered < > pattern) on his forehead. Other than the facial markings, the first thing most people notice about him is that he is missing his left arm from the elbow down.
Clothes: Prefers turtlenecks and slacks of neutral to dark tones. Almost never wears short-sleeved shirts.

Biographical Summary
Forseti was once Chief of Security for Yggsadril and Kami-sama’s hand of justice. As time passed, though, Forseti started to disagree with the extent of Kami-sama’s mercy and began taking matters into his own hands. Eventually, Forseti became so embittered and disillusioned that he officially forsook the ways of Heaven.
He returned back just as suddenly as he had departed, offering no explanation to his decision or what happened to his arm. Just as inexplicably, Kami-sama accepted Forseti’s return and placed him under Shizuka’s supervision.
It’s not clear whether Forseti knows of his true parentage, but his attitude seems to suggest he found out before Falora did.
